What You'll Need
- Administrator access to the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud management console
- An active Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud subscription
- ~5 minutes to complete setup
- Your Clariti account with adapter management permissions
Get Your Credentials
Log in to the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud management console. Navigate to Settings > API Clients and click Create API Client. Give the client a descriptive name such as "Clariti Integration."
After creation, the console displays a Client ID and Client Secret. Copy these immediately — the secret is only shown once. You will also need your Tenant ID, which is displayed at the top of the management console or in the URL path.
Enter Credentials in Clariti

Verify Connection
Click Test Connection in Clariti. A successful connection returns a green checkmark. The first data sync typically completes within a few minutes.
Troubleshooting
- 401 Unauthorized — Double-check that the Client ID and Client Secret are copied exactly, with no trailing spaces. Regenerate the secret if needed.
- 403 Forbidden — Ensure the API client was created with an administrator account that has full tenant access.
- Timeout — Acronis may rate-limit API calls during peak hours. Clariti retries automatically.
